Product Warranty
Every piece that leaves the ARTillery studio is quality-checked before shipping. This page details the warranty provided on our pieces. Like the rest of the site's legal content, this text still needs a final legal review.
The nature of the material
Our pieces are made from real missile fragments and interceptor shrapnel: material with its own history and texture, and no two pieces are ever perfectly uniform. Variations in tone, fine scratches, and weld marks are part of the piece, not a defect.
Warranty period
We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of shipping against material manufacturing defects, such as a weld coming apart or breakage unrelated to use. This period is subject to final confirmation.
What isn't covered
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper handling, repairs by anyone other than the studio, or natural wear from ordinary use over time.
