We respect the privacy of our Site's users. We have therefore decided to publish a clear and transparent privacy policy, and we are committed to acting in accordance with it. The purpose of this document is to explain how we handle user privacy. Among other things, we explain what information is collected, how we use it, and what rights are available to you regarding this information. This privacy policy is adapted to the provisions of Section 11 of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981. This document is written in the masculine form for convenience only, but it is intended for all genders. We recommend reading this privacy policy carefully. Continued use of the Site constitutes confirmation that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy. If you do not want your information collected in accordance with this policy, please refrain from using the Site. There is no legal obligation to provide your details, but note that providing certain information may be a condition for full access to the Site's content, to the services we offer, or to placing orders. This English page is a translation of the original Hebrew text, provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Hebrew version shall prevail and is the binding version.
Information we collect on the Site
When using the Site's services, information is collected about anyone who contacts the Site and/or makes a purchase, including: contact details, such as your name, email address, and phone number; information you shared during correspondence and/or communication with the Site; information relating to purchases you made on the Site. In addition, information that does not personally identify you is collected, for example: the type of browser you are viewing the Site from; the type of device you are viewing the Site from; how you use the Site and browsing data, such as time spent on each page, which pages you visited, and actions performed on the Site; and user preferences such as preferred language.
Collection of information
The data collected, as well as content that a user uploads and/or shares and/or creates on the Site, is stored with the Site Owner. The databases are hosted on storage servers. The Site user represents that they agree to the storage of information on these servers, which may be located in Israel or abroad.
Purposes of collecting and using information
Information collected will be used in accordance with this privacy policy, or in accordance with the provisions of any applicable law, in order to: provide and enable services as detailed on the Site, including order processing and enabling purchases; improve the services and content offered on the Site, change them, or discontinue them; communicate with you and respond to your inquiries; supply the products purchased; tailor the ads displayed during your visit to the Site to your areas of interest; enforce the Site's rules and procedures as they appear in the Terms of Use; and for monitoring purposes, including security, fraud prevention, and identifying unlawful use of the Site.
Legal basis for collecting information
We process your personal information only when we have a legal basis to do so, either because you have given your consent, or because we have lawful authorization to do so.
Electronic mailings and contacting the user

Disclosure of information to a third party

Right to correct information - a person who has reviewed information about themselves and found it to be incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, may contact the database owner with a request to correct or delete the information. Requests regarding these rights should be directed via the contact details listed above.
Reporting a privacy violation
If you believe your privacy has been violated in connection with, or in relation to, the Site's activity, please contact the Site Owner and detail in your request the circumstances of the violation as you see them. In addition, if you have questions or concerns regarding the processing of your personal information, or wish to exercise your rights, the Site Owner will respond to your inquiries within a reasonable time and provide you with the information you need. Changes to the privacy policy
